The rules currently in force in Serbia date from 2015. The government is revised the legal framework at the moment.
As of today, all drones have to be registered in Serbia. If you would like to introduce your drone to Serbia, you must first obtain the consent of the Serbian Ministry of Defense.
Before each drone flight, you have to clear the airspace for your maneuver. Expect a processing time of at least five working days.
The laws in Serbia are incredibly cumbersome. That’s why I would recommend you to leave your drone at home. I hope that the conditions will relax significantly with the new regulations and that it will once again be easier to fly a drone in Serbia.
